We collaborated with QLDC to provide an interactive doodling surface and projection mapping system pointed straight at Eichardt’s hotel. Providing this fun & creative interface for the public to play with, seeing their drawings super sized on the famous water front building, is all part of our TomTom ethos of giving back to our community.

Setting the scene for the weeks incentive trip this welcome function was designed to be a laid back casual affair with a festival vibe.

The 43rd annual Conventions & Incentives New Zealand (CINZ) conference was a three-day event in Queenstown
The concept called for an interactive component to engage with the festival goers.
We reconfigured our ’Spider Structure’, created for the Rhythm & Alps music festival, to create a five legged truss over the ring.
Projection mapping animated the hillside supporting a cultural farewell the gala guests won’t soon forget!
