Reimagining the iconic Barrel Room at Ayrburn through the power of projection mapping created a visually stunning environment for a corporate event unlike anything guests had experienced before. When analysing a venue, we don't simply look at what's already there; we explore what's possible. Through careful planning, creative design, and precision projector placement, we transformed the Barrel Room into a living canvas of colour, movement, and immersive storytelling.
Projection mapping is one of the most powerful tools available in modern event production. By using our high-output projectors and custom-designed content, surfaces can be transformed into dynamic visual experiences that enhance atmosphere, reinforce branding, and captivate audiences. What is already a rich and intimate venue became a vivid conservatory of flora, texture, and colour. A visually stunning story was served with each course at this dinner; Central Otago inspired wine ripples paired with intricate floral projection mapping designs flowed across the Barrel Room's ceiling, while complementary lighting treatments illuminated the surrounding architecture.
The beauty of projection mapping lies in its ability to enhance a space without physically altering it. Architectural features become part of the creative canvas, allowing event designers to create bespoke visual experiences tailored specifically to the event's objectives.
