Shining a Spotlight on Culture in Queenstown

For the Winter Olympic Games in Beijing we transformed the Base building in Wanaka into a hub for Team NZ, complete with dedicated Sky Sport feeds to 12 screens.

Bringing back a warm familiar feeling to kick-off Queenstown’s winter season.

Produced by MediaWorks NZ, 7 Days Live is a popular TV comedy show in New Zealand. In June, the show took a road-trip to the Queenstown Winter Festival, on the shores of South Island’s Lake Wakatipu, to film a TV special.

We reconfigured our ’Spider Structure’, created for the Rhythm & Alps music festival, to create a five legged truss over the ring.

We were given free rein to design the lighting and video set for the comedy stage at the Queenstown Winter Festival.
