Transforming the Millennium Ballroom with our clients means more than just your standard AV upgrades. We added depth to the space with overhead lighting for the stage, a high-quality PA system, and the TomTom touch with room-wide screens.

By incorporating our DB 2.6 and AR5 LED screens, we created a winged presentation space perfect for larger conferences with numerous delegates. This setup surpasses the capabilities of traditional projectors, providing an unmatched visual experience.

To elevate the overall conference experience, we offer an IMAG camera system that ensures every delegate has a perfect view of presentations, speakers, and panel discussions. This system adds a high-end touch to any event and guarantees a seamless conference to all attendees.

This conference used the full ballroom (G1, G2 & G3) playing long ways in the room.

The hero central screen was 7m x 2.5m in 2.6mm pitch, flanked either side by a 16:9 ratio screen 3.5m x 2m

For the guests towards the back we delivered a camera system for IMAG (Image Magnification) to be enlarged on the LED screen

Right in the heart of the action, Millennium Hotel Queenstown is just minutes from Queenstown central shopping, entertainment and outdoor activities. Hosting 220 guest rooms and suites, meetings and event space, gym, business centre with an all encompassing contemporary city-inspired design.

The elegant Galaxy Ballroom can accommodate up to 600 delegates theatre style or 350 in a banquet setting. This versatile pillarless room has the flexibility to be divided into three separate, fully sound proofed rooms for smaller meetings or concurrent sessions, each seating 150 theatre style.
