LED It Shine: Transforming Conferences into Gala Magic
We proudly presented a striking 15m x 3m LED screen that served as the focal point of our event, enhancing the visual experience for all attendees. Custom wallpaper images adorned the backdrop, creating a stunning visual narrative, while two Picture-in-Picture (PiP) displays of the PowerPoint presentations flanked the stage, ensuring that every detail was captured and highlighted.
To elevate the ambiance, we employed innovative room lighting techniques, bouncing soft hues off the ceiling to create an inviting atmosphere. This versatile lighting setup seamlessly transitioned as the space transformed for the gala dinner, setting the perfect mood for the evening's festivities.
The visual experience was managed through a Barco S3 4K Image Processor, allowing us to effortlessly route wallpapers, PowerPoint presentations, videos, speaker notes, and timers—all at our fingertips.
On the audio front, we utilised the renowned d&b Y Series sound system, strategically suspended with horizontal brackets to accommodate the venue’s low ceiling. For long room configurations, we installed delay speakers to ensure a smooth and consistent audio experience throughout the space, enabling every guest to engage fully with the presentations and performances.

The elegant Galaxy Ballroom can accommodate up to 600 delegates theatre style or 350 in a banquet setting. This versatile pillarless room has the flexibility to be divided into three separate, fully sound proofed rooms for smaller meetings or concurrent sessions, each seating 150 theatre style.
