Setting the Bar for Corporate Conferences
It’s not every day we get to operate a week-long conference filled with dynamic changes and extraordinary features… or maybe it is. Maybe that’s why we’re so good at it. At TomTom Productions, we thrive in high-energy environments; and the Millennium Hotel, a favourite for corporate conferences, is like a second home to us. Familiarity with the space gives us a strong foundation, but it’s our creativity and technical edge that truly elevate the experience.
For this particular gala in the Galaxy Ballroom, we certainly shot for the moon. The ceiling was transformed into a geometric masterpiece using our Martin VDO Sceptron 20 fixtures, forming patterns that looked like something out of a classic PlayStation 2 cheat code. It was bold, unexpected, and utterly mesmerising. A feature we would love to add to more events in the future.
Anchoring the space was a towering LED Screen | VuePix AR5, flanked by LED pillars that wrapped the room in vibrant, immersive visuals. Our Martin Mac Ones lights provided precision table lighting while casting an animated glow throughout the room. Keeping guests engaged, excited, and in awe.
Gala events like this are a chance to celebrate the achievements of our clients, but they’re also an opportunity to showcase the standard we consistently exceed. From design to execution, our team brings passion, precision, and a few visual fireworks; we ensure every event is one to remember. Who says corporate can't be exhilarating?
