Reaching New Heights at the Hilton Hotel with LED Technology
Recently, we had the opportunity to support a conference hosted at the Hilton Hotel & Spa in Queenstown, where our goal was to create an engaging and visually striking environment.
In smaller conferencing spaces, proximity is key—especially when the front row of guests is located close to the presentation surface. To ensure clarity and impact, we utilised two high-resolution VuePix DB 2.6mm pitch LED screens with a 16:9 ratio, delivering sharp visuals that kept every participant engaged.

To enhance the overall aesthetic of the space, we designed a dynamic stage look using Sceptron lighting strips at staggered heights. This not only complemented the main screens but also added depth and visual interest to the environment.
Drawing inspiration from Queenstown’s stunning natural landscape, we incorporated elements that echoed the rugged, staggered peaks of the Remarkables—the very mountains after which the conference room is named. This design approach helped create a cohesive theme that tied the conference to its breathtaking surroundings.
