Last month, Highland Motorsport Park marked a monumental milestone - their ten year anniversary. To commemorate this achievement, they hosted a gala dinner for their members that not only showcased their dedication to the motorsport industry, but also served as a testament to the exceptional work that has been done over the past decade.
To mark this special occasion, we worked directly with the team at Highlands to design and build their gala within their own space at the motorsport park. The result was a stunning event that truly encapsulated the spirit of the Highlands Motorsport Park - a place where exceptional achievements are celebrated.
One of the elements Tomtom brought to the design was the unique use of curved VuePix DB2 2.6mm LED screens. These screens not only increased the size of the space, but also created a captivating 3D stage that looked great from every angle. Whether you were seated in the front row or at the back, the stage design ensured that everyone had an optimal view.
The lighting design added depth and character to the museum venue. The Clay Paky HY B-EYE K15 lights added a touch of texture and eye-catching visual effects to the room, making it come alive with colour and vibrancy.
As the awards were presented and the band took the stage later in the evening, the Martin VDO Sceptron strips provided a striking backdrop that added layers to the stage area that didn’t distract from the screens.
Attention to detail was key in ensuring that every guest felt like the star of the evening. Our Martin Mac 101 lights were strategically placed to cast a spotlight on each table, creating an intimate and personalised experience for everyone present.
The Highland's 10th GT Members Gala was more than just a celebration of a milestone; it was a reaffirmation of the park's commitment to excellence. We’re proud that the exceptional design, coupled with the cutting-edge technology, showcased the Highlands dedication to creating an unforgettable experience.
