Your Role:
As our Head of Lighting Department, you'll be stepping into a pivotal leadership position previously held by our Managing Director. You’ll collaborate closely with them on the design and delivery of unforgettable events. This is your chance to showcase your expertise and creativity while taking on new challenges in the industry.
What You'll Do:
*Design and deliver lighting systems for a variety of events, from corporate galas to music festivals with audiences of up to 10,000.
*Oversee all lighting deliveries, ensuring everything runs smoothly and brilliantly.
*Supervise, support, and train our talented staff in the operation of cutting-edge lighting systems.
*Collaborate with the leadership team on internal improvements, strategic initiatives, and future equipment investments.
*Operate lighting systems as needed, ensuring every event is executed.
